Machine Structure: This machine mainly consists of five parts: frame, transmission assembly, vine-killing blade shaft assembly, ground wheel assembly, and protective cover.
The main process flow is as follows:
The tractor pulls the potato vine-killing machine forward along the potato rows—the tractor transmits power to the gearbox via the universal joint drive shaft—the power is transmitted to the pulleys on both sides of the gearbox via drive shafts on both sides—the power is transmitted to the vine-killing shaft via belts—the vine-killing shaft drives the vine-killing blades to cut the seedlings and weeds—the guide baffles separate the seedlings and weeds to the furrows on both sides.
Connecting with the Tractor:
1. Drive the tractor to a position suitable for connecting with the machine. Connect the three suspension points of the tractor's suspension device to the corresponding suspension points on the machine using suspension pins, and lock the suspension pins.
2. Connect the tractor's power take-off shaft to the machine's power input shaft, and lock both ends of the universal joint shaft with pins.
3. Determine whether to add a front counterweight to the tractor as needed.
