Machine Structure:

The 5SZ-60 potato unloading machine mainly consists of a collecting device, a telescopic conveyor device, a support base, a rotating chassis, an electrical control system, and a hydraulic system.

Working Principle:

Move the machine to the warehouse or field work area (at this time, the equipment is not powered on, the front casters are raised, and the rotating chassis is not connected). Place the rotating chassis in the working position, and use the lifting legs of the support base to engage the grooves of the guide wheels on the chassis.

Select and connect the power port of the working position. Attach the conveyor belt to the rear and adjust its orientation. Before operation, ensure all equipment on the entire conveyor line is in a ready-to-work state, with this machine at the forefront. Start all equipment sequentially from back to front, starting the machine's conveyor motor. The entire machine is now in working condition.

The operator sits in the machine's seat and operates the control handle to extend, rotate, and load the potatoes via the conveyor belt to the target location.

Depending on the potato stacking, the operator can move the machine short distances by retracting the telescopic conveyor to its shortest position, with the rear wheels on the ground and the front casters raised, until loading is complete.
