The 5SD-60 potato stacker is powered by an external AC380V power supply, driving the hydraulic pump station and subsequently the hydraulic motors, cylinders, and other hydraulic components. The front and rear conveyor belts are driven by geared motors.
The combination of a control handle and a human-machine interface (HMI) touchscreen makes the equipment easy to operate and adjust.
This machine is suitable for conveying, stacking, or loading potatoes in fields and warehouses, and is particularly suitable for loading into box trucks.
After the potatoes are transported by the conveyor, the stacker evenly distributes them in the warehouse. Its unique structural design ensures stable operation and comprehensive functionality.
The control handle allows for remote observation and operation, ensuring high safety. The HMI touchscreen serves as an important parameter setting and display interface, making operation more convenient and efficient.
This equipment is simple to operate, practical, and efficient, suitable for large warehouses, and can achieve optimal warehouse space utilization.
Machine Structure:
The 5SD-60 potato stacker mainly consists of a front conveyor, a rear conveyor, a front support bridge, a rear steering device, a swing support frame, a receiving hopper, a hydraulic system, and an electrical system.
Working Principle:
The entire machine is moved to the warehouse or field work area by a traction device. Select and connect the power port to the working position, start the electrical system, and press the green start button on the distribution box to start the hydraulic system.
First, disengage the pins at the motors of the left and right drive wheels to put the ground wheel motors in driving mode. Use the operating handle to move the stacker a short distance and adjust its position to bring it into the working position.
Adjust the receiving hopper of the stacker to position it correctly with other conveying equipment. Pull out the two ground wheels of the front support bridge, and let the support legs support the ground, so that the two ground wheels and the support legs simultaneously bear the force to achieve a stable overall effect.
Start the front and rear conveyor belts and adjust them to appropriate speeds (front conveyor belt speed ≥ rear conveyor belt speed ≥ other conveying equipment). After the potatoes are transported by the cleaning and conveying equipment, they fall into the receiving hopper of the stacker crane.
The rear conveyor belt lifts the potatoes onto the front flat conveyor belt. By operating the lifting, extending, and retracting of the front conveyor device and the rotation of the swing support frame, the potatoes are evenly spread throughout the warehouse.
If the front conveyor device retracts to its shortest or longest position and cannot meet the stacking requirements, the working position of the stacker crane and its connected equipment must be adjusted according to the stacking situation, and the above operation must be repeated until the entire warehouse is stacked.
