The 3ZMP-360C potato tiller is an agricultural device used for rotary tillage, ridging, and hilling of potatoes. This equipment is well-suited to the agronomical requirements and growth characteristics of potato cultivation in my country, completing loosening, weeding, and ridging operations in one pass, while also increasing soil temperature and conserving moisture.

Machine Structure:

The machine mainly consists of a main frame, working device, forming device, depth limiting device, and transmission mechanism.

Working Principle:

During operation, the tractor's rear suspension connects to the main frame of the machine, and the depth limiting wheel is adjusted. A universal joint driveshaft connects the tractor's rear output shaft to the gearbox, transmitting power from the tractor to the working device via the transmission mechanism.

The rotation of the cutter shaft breaks up and loosens the soil. The loosened soil is then formed into smooth, firm trapezoidal ridges by the forming device, which is beneficial for tuber growth and development after planting. The smooth and uniform ridge surface promotes uniform seedling emergence.

Connecting the machine to the tractor:

Move the tractor to the potato cultivator backwards, aligning it with the center of the equipment. Raise the tractor's lower control arm to a suitable height, and reverse until it connects with the left and right suspension pins of the equipment.

After mounting the potato cultivator, raise the equipment using the tractor. Adjust the lengths of the tractor's left and right control arms until the equipment is level on both sides. Simultaneously, connect the tractor's rear output shaft to the equipment's power input shaft using a universal joint.

Manually rotate the universal joint to check for any jamming or contact. If any is found, remove it immediately. Gradually adjust the tractor's power output shaft speed to 1000 rpm, ready for operation.
