After being cleaned or transported by other equipment, potatoes are conveyed to other locations by the 5S1-60 single-layer potato conveyor. When used in conjunction with other sorting equipment manufactured by our company, this equipment enables online control, improving work efficiency and effectively ensuring human and machine safety.

Machine Structure:

Mainly composed of a frame, base, control box, electric roller, tension adjusting driven wheel, and electrical connectors.

Working Principle:

This machine is equipped with four braked swivel casters, allowing for easy movement to the work site before operation. After observing the positions of the preceding and following stages of equipment interfacing with the single-layer conveyor,

this equipment features a dual-speed electric roller and a height-adjustable base, making operation simple and convenient. By adjusting the height of the front and rear lifting bases, the inlet and outlet of the single-layer conveyor are adjusted to a suitable height and angle.

Connect the power supply and press the start button; the conveyor motor begins to run, and the entire machine is in standby mode.

After being transported by cleaning or other conveying equipment, potatoes fall into the receiving hopper of a single-layer conveyor and are then transported to the target location by the conveyor belt.
