The 5SG-40T Potato Lifting Conveyor is equipment designed for potato conveying and loading operations in fields and warehouse.After potatoes are delivered by upstream conveying equipment, this loader transports potatoes into trucks. The 5SG-40T Potato Lifting Conveyor mainly consist of base frame, main frame, receiving hopper,hydraulic system and electrical control system.

1. Receiving Hopper:It is used to receive materials conveyed by other conveying equipment and connected to the conveying assembly. It functions to gather and shield potatoes.
   

2. Base frame:The base of the potato lifting conveyor is fitted with an electric control cabinet, hydraulic pump station, lifting cylinder, tires and left-right steering wheel assemblies. Serving as the chassis of the whole machine, it connects and fixes all equipment components.

3. Hydraulic System:The hydraulic control system mainly consists of an electric hydraulic pump station, hydraulic locks, single-acting cylinders, double-acting cylinders and hydraulic hoses. It primarily controls the support of the base as well as the lifting, lowering and locking of the conveying assembly.

4. Main Frame:Its front end connects to the base, and the rear end is equipped with an adjustable tension drive unit. The drive motor supplies power to the potato conveying belt. Mounting the drive motor at the top effectively prevents the conveyor belt from slipping.
